Overview

These terms apply when you use the Gameree website ("the site") and when you pre-register for Gameree Incline. Gameree ("we", "us") is a European video game company. By using the site or pre-registering, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or pre-register.

Using the Site

You're welcome to browse the site. Please don't misuse it: don't try to break it, overload it or get into parts of it you're not meant to, and don't sign up with bots or scripts.

Pre-Registering for Gameree Incline

• Pre-registering is free and doesn't commit you to anything. There's nothing to buy.
• By pre-registering, you agree that we can email you about Gameree Incline, such as when it launches. We won't email you about anything else, and we won't sell your address.
• Gameree Incline is still in development. Its launch date, features and availability can change, and it may be delayed or cancelled. Pre-registering doesn't guarantee access, rewards or any particular feature.
• Only pre-register with an email address that belongs to you.
• You can leave the list at any time by contacting us, and we'll delete your email address.

Age

To pre-register, you must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Our Games and Roblox

Our games run on Roblox, so when you play them, the Roblox Terms of Use apply. Gameree isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

Our Content

The site's design, the Gameree name and logo, and our game names and images belong to Gameree. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission. Roblox, Discord and X are trademarks of their owners.

Links to Other Sites

The site links to other sites, like Roblox, Discord and X. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what's on them.

No Guarantees

The site and pre-registration are provided "as is". We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for any loss caused by using the site or pre-registering.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Changes to These Terms

If we change these terms, we'll update them on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top.
